What ARX is
ARX is a non-custodial software-as-a-service (SaaS) analytics platform. ARX provides market data, web3 order-book metrics, and algorithmic signals, and — at the user's explicit direction — submits the user's own order instruction to a third-party protocol accessible through the Platform (a "Connected Protocol").
ARX is not a financial institution, broker, dealer, fund manager, exchange, or custodian. ARX does not execute, fill, match, or settle any order, does not hold or take custody of user funds, and does not offer leverage. Your funds and any assets remain in your own self-custody wallet at all times.

Markets, pricing, and settlement
Markets, liquidity, pricing, funding, order matching, and settlement are provided by Connected Protocols, not by ARX. On-chain market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from the relevant Connected Protocol. ARX does not control any Connected Protocol and makes no representation regarding any Connected Protocol's performance or reliability.
Wallet and activity displays
Any wallet, participant, or activity shown on ARX reflects publicly available on-chain data. ARX does not select, evaluate, rank, score, verify, endorse, certify, or recommend any wallet, participant, or activity. Any decision to mirror or copy on-chain activity is your own. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Fees and conflicts
ARX may receive a builder fee in connection with order instructions transmitted through the Platform. These fees are paid by the Connected Protocol and are independent of whether any user experiences a gain or loss. Users should take ARX's revenue arrangements into account when evaluating the Platform. Any per-order maker/taker fees are charged by the Connected Protocol, not by ARX.
Eligibility and restricted access
Access to the Platform is not universal. ARX is not available if you are in a Restricted Jurisdiction, are a Prohibited Person, or are using tools to conceal your location. Restricted jurisdictions and persons are maintained in ARX's Geo-block Policy and the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. ARX may block access from any jurisdiction at any time, without notice.
